I have started updating the Euwiki pages about Win32lib:
* The Win32lib category has two children now, Win32lib_0_60_6 and
Win32lib_0_70_3, as well as a single article stating its purpose;
* The Win32lib_0_60_6 will keep the original pages, those that will undergo
significant updates being suffixed with _0606;
* The Win32lib_0_70_3 category has pages with the original titles, often updated
from what they were.

The process might extend over the next week. Pages that appear in
Win32lib_0_60_6 without a suffix, and which do not appear in Win32lib_0_70_3 are
not updated yet.

Over time, we'll have to decide whether to keep the Win32lib_0_60_6 category or
not.
