Very odd.  What O/S are you running?  Are there any other copies of
wxEuphoria on your system, where they might be picked up?

Where did you put libwxeu.dll and wxmsw28u_wat_custom.dll?  And where
are exw.exe/exwc.exe?  Are any of the dlls in some other directory in 
your %PATH?
