Eu 3.2 Problems

I've put a file called .euinc.conf in the folder where my .exw file resides
and I'm running it with the new exwc.exe. The contents of the file are as
follows:

EUDIR=c:\euphoria\bin;
EUINC=c:\euphoria\include;c:\htdocs\bbcmf-system\;c:\htdocs\bbcmf-plugins\;

However, it's not showing expected behavior. Do I have everything set up right?

Well, I just looked at the page and it doesn't look like it looks for a
file in the folder where the source file is... so I'll try elsewhere...

Okay, it worked when .euinc.conf is in the same folder as the executable,
but I'd like to suggest allowing the config file to reside in the same
directory as the source file.
