But there are many more North Americans and Europeans on the list than the
"dot on the map" country 

Anyways, Jiri, you're wrong. England is twice as big as New Zealand (or
something like that). For New Zealand is two islands, not one (if you count
N. Ireland, 2 for GB). Ireland is probably larger than the GB island.
