Best way to deal with such an event is to send a msg to the admin of the
email addy stating your complaint.. they will try to deal with it the
best they can..
If you don't complain they continue to allow him to use their services
and he can do the same to someone else..
Other than that, if it's VERY serious, you can try contacting the
autorities.. Mail bombing is definitely illegal.. and if he's using
Hotmail, or any US mailing service, the laws apply to him as well..
