If you use outlook, you can set rules (TOOLS, RULES WIZARD, NEW) to create a
rule to delete any email that contains specific text in the body of the
message. Maybe you can give it a list of words you find offensive. This will
also work on other e-mail that contain that text, so if you have young
people using your e-mail program, it may be a good way to filter what they
view. Personally, I find most of what MTS has to say quite relevant and he
appears to be very intelligent. He does get carried away with his childish
profanity and poor attitude, but I think I have learned more from reading
his messages than anyone else's on the list (except maybe Kat). In fact, not
to offend anyone here, but if Kat and MTS were the only ones on the list, I
don't think I would have missed much. Keep in mind I have only read the last
2214 messages and I understand that this list has been around a lot longer
than that. Chances are, I'm just an idiot and am missing a lot since I don't
program with windows in mind. (doin' the dos thang).
Anyway, I hope the rules wizard is useful to you.

Like many here I have enjoyed Eu's mailing list
having been around since early stages of the
complier. Although I hardly make commits, on one
such occasion I jokingly made one to our well
known and influential Mike the Spike. Guess that
was a mistake.
Mike the Spike has sent me an email
BOMB and I really did not appreciate
this. It was disturbing that we allow
people like this kind into the list.
Also would like to say that this guy
has a very filthy mouth and mind set. I
wish there was a way as in chat rooms
that this fellow good be put on ignore!
