I decided to experiment with this and it seems that on a dual proc 550 MHz
system running Windows 2000 the fastest I could set a timer was 15
milliseconds/tick (not 50 as I mentioned above).  The speed difference
between 15 and 25 (as you have in your 'screen2.exw' program) is negligible
and is not too fast.  I can still easily click on the floating logo...
