win32lib ver0.44e and win32lib tutorial demo

Could anyone who is playing with win32lib, version 0.44e, AND has a REALLY
FAST computer please try out this program. I'm concerned about the MyTimer1
value in line 77.
Should I speed it up or slow it down to make it look 'decent', and still
allow one to click on the bmp? My 'ancient' puter doesn't help me here
