But I think I'd rather see rewards passed to the programmers who have earned it. Increasing the EuBucks allotment allows users to encourage and reward contributors who are developing programs and Libraries most in need - that is the motivation. Increasing the Eubuck voting allotment may not increase the volume of participation, but it may provide more positive reinforcement to the contributors. I don't think that Rob could afford to offer a EuBuck voting bounty to registered users just to encourage their participation large enough to be effective without risking too much of his bottom line.
