To Kat: Evil Cookies?

This isn't an entirely off-topic post because it has to do with my site that
has relevance to Euphoria.

I have been wondering for a while. How can i cookie contain a virus that can
damage your computer when cookies aren't executed?

I would like to hear your answer.
