Euphorian conspiracy, is it a myth?

Anyone want to tell me why programs that are shrouded and basically
have no meaningfull code get votes on the RDS website...?
I dont understand.
I could care less if anyone voted for my stuff but there are alot of better
tools and code getting passed by...
I'll make a point to submit my votes each month, maybe we should
have a voters day to remind people to vote...
[ If there isnt anything worth voting for we'll all vote for the most effort put
fourth. ]
I always wondered about some of the programs that do get votes.
Could this be a conspiracy, two or three friends who all vote on each others
code
so they wont have to pay for Euphoria? Could be!
anyone?
