I'm sure there was no intent to infringe. Mr. Janes, please update your
files by:

   - Restoring the original Win32Lib copyright (only to Win32Lib)
   - Restoring the original Win32Lib license (only to Win32Lib)

I appreciate it. It acknowledges the work like Derek Parnel, Matthew Lewis
and others have done.

I'll also note that it's been some time since I've worked on Win32Lib -
Derek deserves almost all credit for keeping this project alive and current.
