Well, the world has screwed up yet again: 1) the isp is growing, so they got all new wider ip range 2) the registrar for the domain has old data for admin link 3) the registrar won't contact me at the isp i reg'd the domains from 4) the domains are reg'd for 10 yrs, so the ip# for the domains will be wrong for 10 yrs, when they will expire. So until someone can take a baseball bat to them, so they listen to me and fix the login problem, and the bad data problem, the strtok lib is off the internet permanently. Sorry, i tried. Kat

Hi Kat That's a crying shame. If you want a temporary home for the web pages while you sorted it out I would be more than willing to offer some of my homepage space - send me the files, and I'll upload it and let everyone know where it lives - anything you want. strtok is too good to let disappear. Chris

Hi! Possibly an even greater idea: my own home web space is quite underused by the EuRegExp files, another lib about string manipulation. Why not make this space home for all/a lot of text manipulation libs? Including strtok, and everyone who would wish to get on board. The current EuRegExp address is ccuvier.free.fr, and the index.html can be modified quite easily to reflect the hosted projects. CChris

I could host strtok on my site if you wish. I could give you all my login details and you host it on my site if you want a 'do it myself' approach just lemme know

I did a lil digging and found the domain name registrar had a database corruption problem. Naturally they resisted this diagnosis from an outsider, and continued claiming i am not me. So i wrote an email to ICANN and Internic, explaining the problem, and cc'd the registrar. This got me past the so-called "help" desk, to someone who could fix the problem, and they fixed *my* records there, altho i doubt they fixed anyone else's problems. They did not correct the situation of when having more than one domain, and changing settings on one actually changes one of the other domains instead. I would not suggest using Namesecure as a registrar any more. It might be worth having a mirror on your site. Kat
