Hi!

	Possibly an even greater idea: my own home web space is quite
underused by the EuRegExp files, another lib about string manipulation.
	Why not make this space home for all/a lot of text manipulation libs? 	
Including strtok, and everyone who would wish to get on board.
	The current EuRegExp address is ccuvier.free.fr, and the index.html
can be modified quite easily to reflect the hosted projects.
