strtok pages

Well, the world has screwed up yet again:

1) the isp is growing, so they got all new wider ip range
2) the registrar for the domain has old data for admin link
3) the registrar won't contact me at the isp i reg'd the domains from
4) the domains are reg'd for 10 yrs, so the ip# for the domains will be wrong 
for 10 yrs, when they will expire.

So until someone can take a baseball bat to them, so they listen to me and 
fix the login problem, and the bad data problem, the strtok lib is off the 
internet permanently. Sorry, i tried.
