In over 3 years, there was one incident where they crashed
and lost some of my data, and took a couple of days to come back.
Other than that there have been just a few outages for a few hours
or less with no loss of data. They've replied to several 
tech support requests, always within a day, though I know of 
someone who says they didn't reply to him at all one time.
I think they are based in Europe somewhere, but I'm not sure.
