  I figured out what you have to do.
  Open IE and click on the Envelope on toolbar ( MAIL )
  When you get the internet MAIL dialog open Click on the
  MAIL menu inside of the dialog. At the bottom is an option menu
  Open the options menu and SELECT the SERVER TAB.
  THAT's where you set your PASSWORD for pop3 account.
