Thanks Micro$oft, againI've just been signing up to a new ISP. With this ISP that can only be done by using their installation CD which also (no choice) installed internet explorer. Duly installed everything, signed up, uninstalled MSIExplorer and continued as usual with Netscape. Arrrghhh I can now dial into my old ISP or the new one, no problem. On dialing they both recognize my username and password and I'm logged on. Problem when trying to receive or send e-mail neither of them accept my password. This is something that Iexplore has done, since I've come across it before. I just can't remember how I sorted it the last time. I have the same *invalid password* whether using Netscape, CuteFTP or the plain MS ftp prog. I'm having to trouble you because you're the only ones who can reply to me through the browser. Thanks for any and all help Terry
