KPPP does PAP, etc. and is very easy to set up. I guess you could leave the
password blank, and type it in each time you log in.

chmod - type man chmod to get the parameters.

alt-F2 just pops up a run box - like the run dialog in windows.
You can type just about any valid command in the window, as well as URLs, etc.
It's not supposed to show a menu.

You shouldn't see KFMSU (super-user prompt) unless you try to run something
like the File Manager in Super-user mode (from the K/System menu.
