Hello les,

list1 and group1 are not commands. They are atoms declared by the writer of
   this program. Handler is not a command and not used in you're example/demo
   program.
The actual command is setHandler and can be found in Index.htm that comes with
win32lib along with all the WINDOWS commands. As far as what I call DOS commands
like printf, puts, get etc... Thay can be found in
