You would have to link it staticly.

Edit the emake script that was created, and change the final gcc line:

gcc file1.o file2.o file3.o /home/euphoria/bin/ecu.a -lm /usr/lib/libncurses.a
-ldl -lgpm -oprogram

to this:

gcc -static file1.o file2.o file3.o /home/euphoria/bin/ecu.a -lm
/usr/lib/libncurses.a -ldl -lgpm -oprogram

That will make the executable significantly larger, but allow it to run on
libc5 linux.
