That would be me. I volunteered to do this so as to free up David Cuny's
productive time. David wrote the original version of the library. I look
after the library in my free time, and as I have a full-time job, a wife, a
teenage son, and a daughter who is just about to start school, I don't get
much of that stuff (Its 2:15 a.m. as I write this).

Because (a) if I did that some people would be asking "why has Win32lib got
a version number in its name?" and (b) that's something you can do yourself
and (c) each version is meant to replace the earlier version.

Doing "both"? I got the embedded version number request but what was the
other request?
