I'm sorry, but I didn't make myself very  clear. I was *not* talking about 
the Edita behaviour. I should have said  ...

"I find it helps to use the terminology 'away' and 'towards'. In  any 
application, when turning the wheel away from the user, the scrollbar  should go
up,
and when turning towards the users the scrollbar should go  down."
