I wrote EDOM a very long time ago. Euphoria is much differently optimized
now, and Robert has shared much more information with us since the
beginning. So, my guess, without benchmarking, would be that EDS is faster.
Esspecially because it writes out the data immidiately, while EDOM first
converts it to an ever-growing sequence.

Also, some time later, some one released Binary put & get .. which were
faster, and smaller already. If you think EDS is too much with all the
database things and such, try bget/bput ... but forget about EDOM. It will
do you no good anymore. But it did get the ball rolling, didn't it, Robert ?
