He did answer your question right but, he didnt add that
there are alternative libraries on the user contribution page.
One that I use alot is named "incbm" that allows you to include
you bmp images in your programs and it also makes the bmp near
the compression size you would find in RLE encoded bmp's.

If you need help dont be apprehensive, just ask, someone has or
can find an answer to almost anything related to programming in
general. Ive asked so many questions myself I couldnt begin to tell you.
Even still, after almost 5 yrs useing Euphoria I dont know it all...
