The num of registered users is up to RDS, but the votes could be listed,
since anyone can find them out already. Just something like :

    January Top Five
    -----------------------------
    Name              New   Total
    Judith's IDE      7.0    55.4
    win32lib          5.0    50.0
    ...

    In Januray, 12 contributions has been sent.
    The total amount of micro-economy money voted is 20.
    The RDS webpage was hitted 1000 times.
    5 new users registered.

This could be generated automatically by a script.
But I sure won't care if this won't be included in the reminder.
There are important things to do for Eu. Just an idea.
(And guessing by the fact that Rob haven't responded, he won't include it
