you're not *in* the U.S., then I don't think you have to concern yourself
about U.S. laws prohibiting exporting anything *out* of the U.S.

I read somewhere that you may not export "strong" cryptographic products .
Why ? I recently made a program that is used to
hold secret data for the user . I got complaints about my program not being
very secret at all . In fact , it was a breeze to
veiw the information . Now I want to use strong cryptography but i`m not
sure if it is legal . So , what sould I do ? And I
dont see why it would be illegal . Is the government scared they cant see
what you are doing . But that means they allready
know what we are doing .... Scarry stuff . Well , if there is any way you
can help me , i`ll be very happy .
