Pete:
This works fairly the same way as deleting it.
If you have Win98 or 95 with ActiveDesktop installed:
                              (it doesn't have to on, just installed)
        Go to: Start/Settings/Folder Options
        Find the file association
        Click New                 (Use Edit to change existing commands)
        Insert the new command and the application
        Press OK or Close on the rest of the windows
With Win95 without Active Desktop:
        Open My Computer
        Click Tools\Folder Options
        Do the same as before
