The majority of Nate's little quotes are simply opinions, a few of which my (American) friends hold. However, the most proper dialect of "English" is actually found in the hills of Kentucky (e.g. the United States). The dialect which the majority of British citizenry aspire to is an effected dialect only developed recently. Perhaps you should do your research, Nate. As to your assertions of US war-mongering, who can we blame for the atrocities in India? For America to cede to Britain is also absurd. World War II bluntly proved that America has the economic resources to be a real contender in world power, when the UK did not. Characterizing the entirety of America by its' laws or as bigheaded and naive is exceedingly poor logic: first, "America" consists of two entire continents. Even giving this little oversight, it must be noted that the primary social and legislative bodies of the USA is the state, not the nation as a whole. snortboy
