Before you panic, I hope you realize that Win32Lib includes two 
different versions:

Win32Lib.ew has been stripped of comments and unneeded white space to 
reduce file size (for when you want to distibute source code for your 
program).

Win32Lib_full.ew is what you would use if you are trying to debug 
Win32Lib.  It has all of the formatting and comments in tact.

I believe the program 'conv055.exw' does the comment/whitespace 
stripping...
