Screwing around after looking at this email, and I found it. Look in
IDE.exw for something that looks like:

popup( PopUpDesign, mouseX, mouseY )

and change it to:

popup( PopUpDesign, mouseX, mouseY-70 )

Judith, perhaps another thing to comment in? :)
