I've gotten most of the bugs discovered last night fixed. And I've added a
'delete active window' routine. Also fixed some bugs nobody had yet
mentioned, such as popups showing Name instead of Caption, changing Name in
Properties Sheet for window not changing combo box also.

Problems with Properties Sheet still exist, unfortunately.
