Judith, I think maybe he meant that when he *moves* the mouse from the not-maximized edit window to *over* some portion of the design pad window, he gets some kind of flickering, not that he is clicking on the design pad? And that may be a partial function of which Windows he is using; in 98, moving the mouse from the editor to over the design pad does make them "swap" places, putting the design pad on top of the editor; maybe in another Windows version, it makes something different happen?
