Whle from your previous posts I think that you and I may disagree on the
advantages of open-source (plus the fact that you have a leg up because you are a
professional programmer and I am not), I think that having Euphoria being
self-hosted is a bonus. Like Rob has said in the past it has simplified his work.

Even if he had kept with a C-based front end though, sharing the same parsing
code between the binder, translator, and interpreter is a plus.
