Hi Michelle, I'm sure that I and most of the users on this list will be glad to help you in anything you need, just send a mail with your question and we will answer it. I was once a mud user (I used Putty telnet client), but never got experienced on that subject. I don't know too much about the telnet protocol, but if i'm not wrong, it was RAW, no specifiec message needs to be sent. Hope you can solve your problems and get a running mud. Good luck.
