I could spout volumes of shite about this; it clearly /has/ already had significant detrimental effect last few decades; it clearly is not just bikini girls but six pack blokes too; blaming those who use it will not help; blaming those who respond neither; changing attitudes though education seems a loser too. If I was forced to offer opinion (so anyone of a nervous disposition switch channels now) I would say that such adverts should be /carefully/ taxed to make them no more effective than, erm, plaintext ones, god knows how to make any ruling on or enforce that, but I cannot think of anything better to do. I am not shy about liking the sight of naked flesh, nor should anyone be, but anyone worried that we are being subtly manipulated on a daily basis by people who know that, should really panic over the long-term effects of having our daily dose of (semi-)nudity selected for us. Don't quote me on that. Pete
