i run win98/se. move the mouse to start/programs/ms dos prompt BUT
do NOT click on it with the left button. DO CLICK with the right button
to see a menu with 'properties'on it and click that menu selection.
the dos properties window will open up with options on tab sheets.
'program' and 'screen' is what you want.
'ok'
