I wrote the function so that sequences would be
eaiser to write to a file.

Then I could retrieve them from the file.
BUT I need to be able to reconstruct the
original sequences.

This function creates a sequence that contains
all the required information for recreating
the Original sequence. I just haven't figured
out how to the use the information to recreate
it.
