SQLite update

Hi

I've update the EUSQLite website, with the new additions by Tone Skoda.

Tone, could you please just run your eyes over it, if there's anything you're
not happy with, let me know.

Also I'm having difficulty explaining the sqlite_column_* set of functions,
would it be possible to have an example of usage please. (time permitting, of
course)
