Your method of using dir() to fix the include problem is even simpler and more efficent than mine, yet it works perfectly with both the interpreter and the translator without any slowdown whatsoever! Nice... it seems you also decided against compressing the interpreter and translator EXEs and libraries with UPX or anything. That will decrease the initial memory footprint maybe few hundred kilo-bytes for the interpreters and noticably increase initiation speed on very old 386 and 486 computers! However you did forget to use the transparent icons I sent you a long time ago. Those icons will look nicer on any color background. The current ones look kind of "tacky" on anything but white. This isn't a big deal but it would be nice to have better looking Windows icons. I can send them to you again if you lost them. How well did Open Watcom v1.4 compile the DOS and Windows executables and libraries for you? Where you able to remove the bug workaround code in the C back-end? Perhaps the heap manager is better than Watcom 10.6 and offers slightly better overall performance? Regards, Vincent
