In xUSSR and now in Russia, in schools, people learn Russian plus some their native language (Ukrainian, Belorussian, Kazakh etc) plus some foreign language (English or French or German or Spanish). So Russian is more universal language here than any other one. I just want to understand my own programs better, so I like to see them in Russian rather than in English. And I have thanks from Russian speaking people for translated docs and for bilingual EU and for translated RDS site. Thanks a lot to RDS for permission about these translations! Euphoria is very convenient for such a translation thanks to its very clean almost pure English form. > If there is a Russian site and language there should also be a Spanish, > Japanese, > Korean, Dutch, Arabic, French, Portugese, Chinese, Turkish, German, Hebrew, > Italian, ext. as well. Why not? Sure yes! > > Why only Russian? > Not only Russian, docs are translated into Spanish, Roumanian, IDE is translated into German, Czech and some others, Edita is translated into German(?), Edita can interpret foreign program text into pure stadard Euphoria, so this work is in progress. To make good translation, you must work by hands, automated translation doesn't work here. > Regards, > Vincent Regards, Igor Kachan kinz at peterlink.ru
