Before one of us forgets,

Probably change:

"Other than possibly defining a new namespace identifier (see below), an include
statement will be quietly ignored if a file with the same name (but possibly
located in a different directory) has already been included."

to maybe this:

"An include statement will be quietly ignored if the same file has already been
included."

Once again thanks for fixing this. I'll be sure to test it along with
cooperative multi-tasking once you release the pre-alpha.
