Hi Rob,

   Welcome to the world of euphoria.

   Go to the RDS- Recent user contributions - web page
   Search for 'Tutorial'

   If you haven't downloaded it already, get ABGTE2 (A Beginners Guide 
to Euphoria 2). It starts from scratch to teach the fundamentals of 
programming using EU.

   For win32lib, there's the Win32lib Tutorials.

   I don't think there are any tutorials for TCP, but euTCP4u is very 
simple to use and has good demos.
