I think the result was that we were going to keep it based close to Rob's method
of coding instead. This is for uniformity with the official include files
released with the interpreter. However, the possiblity of using different coding
styles inside of routines where no one would see them was discussed but I think
it was thought to break coding conformity enough to be confusing to maintainers.
