Wasn't it Minix that inspired Linus Torvalds to develop the Linux kernel back in
1991?

Unless Minix has a Linux binary layer it is unlikely Euphoria could run on it.
As for porting, how many Minix users are there today? Better yet, how many of
them would be interested in a non-GPL/BSD licensed programming language?
