[WIN32LIB]Translating & Compiling (LCC)

Hi all,
I remember some of you having troubles when compiling win32lib with
LCC. On the 55.1 version, to avoid this errors you just have to remove
-O (to skip optimizing) in emake.bat for the win32l_7.c, and tk_mem.c.
