You know, if you would actually read the message instead of sending it back
demanding that we STOP SENDING YOU E-MAILS then you wouldn't have had to
send another message telling us how annoyed you are.  Because you obviously
missed it above I will reiterate:

To leave the list, send an e-mail message to:
 LISTSERV at LISTSERV.MUOHIO.EDU

The subject of your message doesn't matter, but the body of your message
must be:
 SIGNOFF EUPHORIA

Only you can take yourself off the list, we cannot do it for you.  It only
takes one little email.
