Win32Lib 0.45n bleeding edge font issue

David: When running IDE.EXW, the only text that looks small is the string literal "The Window" at the top of the design area. I notice it is Arial 10. However, all the other text (that looks like System font) look right. May be this gives you a clue... Jesus,
