Here's a zipped sample of an html front end I tacked onto your Win32Lib html
documentation; it's called a "Synopsis", but it's really as much a table of
contents to aid in finding things in the doc.  It should work ok with 0.45x,
because it just provides jumps to general areas in the doc, not to any new
info you've added, so most new info should just show up when you jump to its
general area.  Of course, info in totally new areas won't be referenced in
the header, but jumps could be added.

It might be useful, I know I find it so.
