The IDE_log.doc is mainly for me to keep up with what I have changed, 
when and who requested the change or found a bug. It is not really of 
interest to most users of IDE. I'll probably just remove it from 
distribution.

The IDE manual is written in html and IDE does read it. It is included 
in IDE.zip download file. Or am I missing your meaning?
